"Half of my advertising is wasted. The problem is, I don't know which half."
ARE YOU WASTING MONEY ON THE WRONG ADVERTISING?
RADIO & TV ADS
It may seem exciting to see your business on TV, but it is not cost effective for most businesses. To hit target demographics would require buying time on dozens of different stations. To top this off, they are not localized and some of the areas covered may be too large for local businesses.
NEWSPAPER ADS
Not very effective at all. This type of media misses a huge market that doesn't read the newspaper. On top of that, the people that read the newspaper have to be at least looking at the page that you are on. Large ads are very expensive and smaller, cheaper ads are overlooked and ignored.
MAGAZINE ADS
The same as newspaper ads except more expensive.
STATIONARY SIGNS
These are not very effective because the text is usually not large enough for drivers to read. There is a limited viewing area and limited space for advertising.
TRADITIONAL BILLBOARDS
Not very effective when set far off the road. There are a limited number of billboards available and setup may not be ideally located for your business.
